Prototyping is
an essential part of our development process. Our in-house state-of-the-art
prototyping facility supports the design and engineering efforts
on multiple levels throughout the various program stages. Form
studies, ergonomic models and breadboard models allow us to experience
and evaluate emerging solutions early in the process. Detailed
visual models and fully functional engineering prototypes prove
out and evaluate form, fit, function and user/consumer acceptance
prior to finalization and manufacturing release. Limited run pre-production
articles provide the basis for field and compliance testing. |
