SUMMARYThis project showcases our design process through a series of custom accessories for the Stark VARG electric motocross bike. From research and concept development to prototyping and validation, we created high-performance components that enhance both form and function. The result is an example of how we turn insights into purposeful product solutions.

DISCOVERWe began by studying the Stark VARG's design and hearing from riders to understand what accessories they want and why. Market research and competitive analysis helped us identify unmet needs and opportunity areas. From this, we focused on designing foot pegs and protective covers for the case and swingarm—high-impact accessories that enhance both function, ergonomics, and style.
DESIGN
DESIGN Balancing legacy with innovation- we conducted in-depth research into the brand heritage and customer expectations. This allowed us to identify the defining characteristics that resonate with loyal users, while uncovering opportunities to evolve the product in meaningful, forward-looking ways.
DELIVER
DELIVERUsing 3D scanning, we created precise digital models of the bike to ensure accurate accessory fitment. We then built CAD models and 3D printed prototypes to test alignment and performance. These prototypes helped confirm both design intent and real-world usability before moving toward production.
